By using Luxury Escort services, you agree to the following terms. Terms apply to both visitors and listing owners.

Rule of 18+

The site is only for users aged 18 and over. Content cannot be accessed without age confirmation at the entrance. Listing owners declare that they are of legal age; content that raises suspicion of a minor is immediately removed and reported to the relevant authorities if necessary.

The role of the platform

• Luxury Escort is a directory of advertisements; it is not a party to communication, negotiations and agreements between advertisers and visitors.
• The platform does not schedule appointments, set fees, receive or transfer payments.
• Ad contents and images belong to the relevant advertisers; the advertiser is responsible for their accuracy.

Advertiser obligations

• Using only one's own and current photos; not uploading images of other people.
• Works and give his own contact information.
• Not to write text that contains misleading descriptions, implied illegal services, or coercion.
• Not to open more than one profile for the same person.

Profiles that violate these rules may be taken down without warning and the account may be permanently closed.

Prohibitions

Automated data scraping, unauthorized copying of content, spamming, false complaints, exploiting security vulnerabilities, and harassment of other users are prohibited.

Content removal

Notifications of rights violation or rule violation are made to the info@luxuryescort.net address. The notification must include a link to the relevant page and the justification. The platform reserves the right to review, remove, edit or publish the content; the result is communicated to the notifier.

Limitation of liability

The platform does not accept responsibility for the accuracy of the advertisement content, the interviews with the advertisers and the results arising from them. The "Verified" badge only refers to content control; it is not a guarantee of identity or service.

Changes

Terms can be updated. The current text is always on this page; important changes are indicated on the page.
